Colin KH Yap & James Grierson opened ‘Albion’ out of their passion for food and the Hospitality Industry.

They have both worked in London’s Soho district running bars, restaurants, night clubs and F & B departments in hotels for over 20 years.

The concept of ‘Albion’ is simple…bring to KL what’s happening in London’s Restaurants & Style Bars. The influences from Europe, North Africa, Asia, Scandinavia and South America that percolate through Soho’s exciting dining scene to reach the table of every discerning British palate.

Colin KH Yap was born in Ipoh, Malaysia and was educated in UK and started his F&B career in London.

James Grierson was born in Liverpool, UK and was a professional musician for 20 years before finding a second passion in that of F & B.

Both met in London.
Both dreamed of having their own restaurant.
Both are realizing their dream now in the wonderful city of Kuala Lumpur

We are located in the heart of Bukit Bintang in Jalan Berangan, which is between Changkat Bukit Bintang and Jalan Mesui off Jalan Nagasari – 100 metres from the Istana Hotel.

By Car: Head for the Istana Hotel along Jalan Raja Chulan. Turn into Jalan Nagasari and continue until the third turning on the right which is Jalan Berangan. Albion is the second building on the left-hand side. There are car parking facilities located at both the Istana & Radius International hotels. There is a car jockey service outside the restaurant should you require it.

By Monorail: Bukit Bintang & Raja Chulan Monorail stations are both equidistant from the restaurant.

By Sea: Dock at Port Klang, catch the KL bus (every 15 minutes) and alight at Lot 10.
