The establishment of Centre for Quality Assurance and Academic Excellence (CQAAE) is to facilitate Multimedia University in its quest to become a premier university through its high quality academic programmes; to ensure the smooth operation of all academic matters; and to liaise with relevant authorities to ensure that the university’s programmes gain the necessary approval, accreditation and recognition; as well to submit necessary documents by the relevant departments involved in ISO certification.

VISION
A smooth and professional execution of all academic matters by all concerned resulting in comprehensive and rapid accreditation of all programmes.

MISSION
a) Standardize procedures at MMU as a whole to make all work related to accreditation and quality improvement as a matter of course for all staff

b) Provide on-going training for all staff on inculcating quality in everything they do to help improve quality all round. One mechanism is by involving all staff in auditing
