Acidchem International Sdn. Bhd. was established in 1976 as the first plant in the world using Palm Oil and Palm Kernal Oil exclusively as feedstock in the oleochemical industry. Under the renowned brand name Palmac , Acidchem undertakes the production and marketing of fatty acid and glycerine. Through the years, Acidchem’s annual production capacity has increased many folds between 1980 and 2002 through a series of plant expansion in line with global customer’s growth in demand. Today, Acidchem is capable to produce 370,000 MT of Fatty Acids and 40,000 MT of Glycerine annually.

Acidchem’s product range covers straight distilled, fractionated and hydrogenated fatty acids and oleic acid, BP/USP grades of Glycerine and tailor-made grades for specific niche applications. Being consistent with ‘Halal’ and ‘Kosher’ requirements, Acidchem’s materials are very well distributed and managed throughout the world. Acidchem offers a complete range of standard or customizable product derived from purely vegetable and non-GMO origins as a more sustainable and environmental friendly option.
