The formation of the company was initiated by the members of the “Samahang Impok Bayan” (SIB) whose  objective is to sell Filipino products and render services to all our Kababayan residing and working in Malaysia.  SIB is a Flipino organization in Malaysia that encourage OFWs (Overseas Filipino Workers) to inculcate the habit of savings and transform them into OFIs (Overseas Filipino Investors).

The company, “Bayanihang Pinoy (M) Sdn. Bhd.” (BpMalaysia) with registration no. 760538-A was incorporated on January 25, 2007 in Malaysia under the Companies Act 1965.  This is a trading company that sell Filipino Products, Online Flight Booking, Pinoy Load (Reloads for Globe, Smart & Sun), Philippine Sim Cards, Filipiniana Dresses (per order), Local reloads (digi, celcom, internet access, etc.), Ukay-Ukay (second hand clothes), and other related goods.

BpMalaysia formed its subsidiary company named “Bayanihang Pinoy Express Sdn. Bhd.” (BpExpress) with registration no. 799804-K and it was incorporated on December 17, 2007 in Malaysia under the Companies Act 1965.  The company main business is to arrange delivery of cargoes containing Personal Effects to the Philippines or Indonesia via air or sea cargo.  We also render services for relocation to any part of the world. And last but not the least, we also provide delivery of documents or packages thru DHL or Post Laju.
