1. Color Uniformity
Currently, the industry produces only two kinds of PU coating namely, the AC under-coated with PU top-coated and the Nitro Cellulose (NC) under-coated with PU top-coated. However, they are prone to chromatic aberration and the color of the paint would be off.
At the same time, the traditional paint method is not durable with constant exposure to environmental effects such as direct sun light, high humidity and poor house ventilation.
