Konwill Enterprise Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia on the 3rd February 1992 . It is a private company limited by shares under The Companies Act 1965 of Malaysia.

The Mission Statement of Konwill Enterprise Sdn Bhd is “To distribute the finest quality natural products, recognizes the central role that business plays in the structure of society by continuous improving the quality of life of ourselves and the community locally and internationally. To manage the company on a sound financial basis of profitable growth, creating opportunities and personal growth for our employees and business partners”

In the year 2000, the company was granted the sole and exclusive distribution rights by Nippon Kodo Co. Ltd, Japan to develop the Malaysia Market for Nippon Kodo Aromatic Quality Incense. The distribution rights were further extended to include the Singapore market in 2005.

The company was given the sole and exclusive rights to develop and distribute the newly registered traditional medicine, Lucas Papaw Ointment from Australia for the Malaysia andSingapore market in 2003. In addition to the above products, the company also has the exclusive rights to distribute a well know baby product, known as Snappi Fastener.
