About MSM International,
We are one of the largest firms of Loss Adjusters in Malaysia, with a staff of over 200 and a network of 12 offices in East and West Malaysia. Our head office is located at Plaza Prima in Jalan Kelang Lama, within easy reach of many major insurers and their clients.
Branch offices are established in the major population areas of Alor Setar, Penang, Melaka, Shah Alam, Johor Bahru, Ipoh, Kuantan and Kota Bharu in Peninsular Malaysia, in Kota Kinabalu in Sabah, Kuching and Miri in Sarawak. We also have a separate office to handle Marine cases.
We are qualified and experienced in handling all classes of insurance claims i.e. property, liability and pecuniary (including consequential loss and advance loss of profits losses). In particular, we are well known in the following classes: Fire and related perils Construction and Erection All Risks Marine Machinery Breakdown Advance Loss of Profits Burglary Goods-in-Transit Consequential Loss Property All Risks Forgery – cheques and negotiable instruments Fidelity Guarantee Public Liability Product Liability Specialist’s Liability.
We have handled all the above classes mentioned for nearly all Malaysian insurance companies as well as some overseas companies.
Staff
Our professional adjusting staff force is more than 150 people out of the 200 total staff force. All our adjusting staff either has technical or academic background starting from diploma level onwards. A large proportion of them have already been qualified in loss adjusting or insurance, e.g. Fellows or Associates of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters, Chartered Insurance Institute, Malaysian Insurance Institute, Australian Insurance Institute. In addition, many of our adjusting staff are qualified or experienced in other fields as well, particularly in Energy, Construction, Law, Medicine, Accountancy and Surveying.
