This is a joint venture company between Sime Darby Tractors Enterprise Sdn. Bhd, with Kubota Corporation and Marubeni Corporation of Japan.

In Malaysia, Sime Kubota is the exclusive distributor of Kubota agriculture tractors, machineries and engines. It operates through a network of 10 branches and three depots located at Puchong, Juru, Kluang, Kuantan, Rompin, Teluk Intan, Kota Bharu, Kota Kinabalu, Sandakan, Lahad Datu, Sibu, Bintulu and Kuching.
