Stainless Steel Butt-Weld Fittings
The stainless steel butt-weld fitting division is operated by KT Fittings Sdn Bhd (KTF), a wholly owned subsidiary of FACBII. The factory is strategically located near to Port Klang. FACBII started its fittings operations via Kanzen Tetsu Group since 1989.

Following the recent FACBII Group business streamlining exerciseS in late 2012, the Group has divested its stainless steel welded pipes division and continued with its stainless steel butt-weld fittings operation via KTF.

KTF exports approximately 80% of its products to over 60 countries worldwide which include United State of America, Canada, European Union (EU), Australia, Brazil and ASEAN countries. KTF ‘s product quality and excellence is well recognized and is a key to its penetration into the world markets.

KTF’s superior products quality have been recognized by numerous certifications such as MS ISO9001:2008 Certificate, German TÜV certification for PED & AD2000-merkblatt W0, Canadian Registration Number and IKRAM Product Approval.

Mattress & Related Accessories
The bedding division is operated by its subsidiary Restonic Sdn. Bhd.
A pioneer in the spring mattress technology, the bedding division operates under the reputable brand of “Dreamland” and has more than 20 years of experience in the industry. Today, Dreamland is a market leader in the backcare segment through its Dreamland Chiropractic range of mattresses. In addition, Dreamland’s bedding material is a trademark in many international hotels and has been successful in securing the orders on projects basis. Apart from mattresses, the bedding division also manufactures pillows, cushions, bedding related products and polyester fibre.

Restonic has three factories in Muar and more than 600 wholesale dealership stores in Malaysia that function more as a strategic unit for product offering and to strengthen customer relationship. Restonic operates in a retail type of environment with 7% of its products exported mainly to Singapore and Brunei.

Investment in China
FACBI group has investments in China in the operations of manufacturing and sales of mattresses and its related products, and power generation.

The investments in bedding business are held through subsidiiary, Dreamland Spring Sdn Bhd.

The power generation business is held through subsidiary, Kanzen Energy Venture Sdn Bhd.
