LiGNO™ Biotech Sdn. Bhd. is the world’s first producer of the Tiger Milk Mushroom (Lignosus rhinocerus). The company is an initiative to cultivate, promote and commercialise Tiger Milk Mushroom.  The Tiger Milk Mushroom once thought to be uncultivable was able to be cultivated by LiGNO™ using LiGNO’s special formulation and cultivation technology. This proprietary technology is highly prized as it can be also applied to the cultivation of other potential tropical medicinal mushroom.

LiGNO™ Biotech Sdn Bhd has been certified by The Malaysia Book of Records as the first to produce Tiger Milk Mushroom. The company’s cultivation and production facilities has also been certified Halal by JAKIM and Organic by SOM.

With the initiative of the company, the Tiger Milk Mushroom was listed in the traditional medicine active ingredient list under the Malaysian National Pharmaceutical Control Bureau in September 2010.
