Themis Group is founded on 10 August 2006. In the beginning of incorporation, Themis Enterprise only provides on-door accountancy services and personal tax submission services.

As Themis business expands, Themis founders found that most of Johor Bahru Small and Medium Entrepreneurs are hard to get professional accountant to have professional consultancy on their business, and most of them do not understand their actual business result and financial position. Therefore, Themis decide to provide professional outsourced advisory service, which became the clients’ favorite services. By Themis team efforts, referrers and supports from existing clients, Themis client base currently comprise of various industries from manufacturer, services provider, main-contractor, sub-contractors and non-governmental organization.
